What is a payment accountability network?
+
A payment accountability network is a collective of individuals uniting to hold businesses accountable for their payment practices. It's a community-driven effort where users come together to share their experiences and contribute to a transparent and accountable business environment.
How does the Payment Accountability Network function?
+
Our network is simple to use. Enter the GST number or name of the business you're interested in, and we'll pull up a profile for that business. You can then leave a rating or review based on your payment experiences. Businesses also have the ability to respond to reviews, promoting an open dialogue around payment practices.

User Verification
and Security:

How does WhoNoPay ensure review authenticity within the Payment Accountability Network?
+
Although we don't require users to upload invoices, we employ multiple measures to ensure the validity of our reviews. To ensure review authenticity, we validate users through mobile phone verification during registration. Additionally, our platform features a flagging system for reporting suspicious content, and all flagged reviews undergo moderation for validation. Businesses are also encouraged to respond to reviews, promoting transparency in the discussion around payment practices.
